Terms
Short, plain, and worth reading before you hold anything.

Experimental software
Payday is experimental software running on Robinhood Chain. Contracts, the keeper and this site may contain bugs, may pause, and may stop entirely. Nothing here is guaranteed to work, to keep working, or to pay anything on any given day.
No guarantees
Paydays happen only when fees exist. A day with zero fees is a day with zero payday. Numbers shown on the site are read from public sources and can be delayed, wrong or missing.
Not investment advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. $PAYDAY can go to zero. Do not hold anything you cannot afford to lose.
Stock Tokens
Stock Tokens are Robinhood's product, issued under Robinhood's terms, on Robinhood's chain. Payday does not issue, custody or control them. Your use of Stock Tokens is governed by Robinhood's terms, not ours.
Eligibility and jurisdiction
You are responsible for confirming that holding $PAYDAY, voting, claiming and receiving Stock Tokens is legal where you live and that you are eligible to do so. Do not use this site where it is restricted.
No warranty
The site, the contracts and the keeper are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the people who build and run Payday are not liable for any loss, including lost tokens, lost value, missed paydays, failed claims, chain outages, slippage or third-party failures, arising from your use of the site or the contracts.
Changes
These terms can change at any time. The updated date at the top is the only notice. Continued use means you accept the current version.
